Vasti: Vasti is one intestinal therapy that plays a crucial role in detoxification regimens. It is an effective ayurvedic treatment for Vata disorders. Using herbal oils made from medicinal plants divests the intestine of harmful substances and helps restore the natural balance to bacterial flora.
Udvardhanam: It is a special whole-body Ayurveda treatment, also known as powder massage. Dry massage helps cleanse the toxins from the skin and restore lymph circulation.
